The BFT fitness videos are published in an order that they use in the studio. BFT uses very careful programming that shuffles different class styles (ie. "Cardio Summit, Strength, etc.) and their trainers use a number system to track the individual programming cycles of each class style, which makes it appear out of order.

It's designed to keep you motivated, healthy, and progressing forward! So, if you filter to all BFT videos and scroll to the very first video, follow that in order for the best way to do a 28-day program!
