First things first, we're excited you're here! There are a couple different ways one can acquire a GO subscription, so read below, click on the scenario that matches yours best and we'll outline the upgrade to XPLUS process for you.

Please note: Activation emails will begin being sent out 4/28/22. For the smoothest transition, please wait for this email to claim your account. Samples of the email are listed in the links below.

4/28 UPDATE: The migration is wrapping up. Here's what you need to know...

  1. NOTIFICATION EMAIL: You should have already received a marketing email notifying you that "Your Go account will soon be Xponential+" unless you have unsubscribed from Xponential Fitness emails. These were sent out April 19th.

  2. ACTIVATION EMAIL: The smoothest transition will be if you wait for the activation email to ensure that no duplicate billing or issues with future access occur. At the top it should say "Action Needed".

    There have been updates for the app as recent as 4/27, so make sure you download the latest version of the app. It should be a black "X+" icon and you can find it in the app store by searching "Xponential+".


    Details on what the activation emails look like are described in the links below. Choose the one that best describes how you originally purchased GO.


    **If you have tried to claim your account before receiving the activation email, then you may not receive an activation email. In which case, sign out, or reinstall the app, and just follow the steps in the links below for your purchase scenario. We are showing you the activation email you would have received.**

  3. VERIFICATION EMAIL (OPTIONAL):
    You may be asked to "Claim Accounts". This means you have more than one registration with Xponential Fitness accounts or studios (Pure Barre, CycleBar, GO etc.). This verification process is merely to sync the different registrations under one email address. It's recommended, but not necessary to start enjoying the app. When you first see the "Claim Accounts" menu, you should see a link to skip the process altogether, if you so desire. You can always do this process at a later time - it will be available in your profile menu once you're logged in. This sends the verification email below - check your spam box if you haven't received it when claiming your accounts.

Here are the different ways you may have acquired or accessed GO in the past:

"I signed up for XPLUS during the presale..."

This means you've clicked on the "Try XPLUS FREE" button and ordered the subscription through a webpage that looked something like the image below. But you've actually been using GO this entire time! That means you've been accessing the videos through the individual GO apps like PBGO or AKTGO or CBGO. Or, you were accessing it via the web by clicking on GO [beta].

  1. You should have already received an email saying,
    "GO is becoming Xponential+!"

  2. When the app is ready for you to access or download, then you will receive another email that says,
    "GO is Now Xponential+" (this email should provide further instructions)

  3. This means you can go to the website or app store and download Xponential+.

    2. Google Play (Android)

      Use the email you originally used to sign-up for GO to login and you'll be asked to create a new password.

  4. If you have more than one email, it's advisable to combine those accounts - the app will walk you through this process with an additional authentication email.

  5. To confirm you have an active subscription, go to the profile icon at the top-right of the page, then go to Subscription (below) and you should see this image that lists Xponential+ as an active subscription. You know it's active because there's a button to the right that says, "Cancel Plan".

"I signed up for GO with a salesperson at my local studio..."

This means a studio salesperson signed you up through the studio sales process and you get billed separately from your studio membership.

  1. You should have already received an email saying,
    "GO is becoming Xponential+!"

  3. This means you can go to the website or app store and download Xponential+.

"I signed up for GO through my Member Portal and I watch on-demand classes by selecting GO [Beta]"

While logged into your studio's member portal, shown below, you may have signed up for XPLUS by clicking on the blue tile below. This means you were part of the XPLUS presale program. But since you're familiar with this page, it means you get exclusive instructions for the upgrade process. You will want to go to your member portal and click on GO [Beta] , there you will find the instructions for "Existing GO Subscribers" (image shown below). Moving forward, you will Sign In to xponential.plus or you can click in the link in the activation email that will also be sent to you.

"I get access to GO as part of my studio membership"

Awesome! This means there are no extra charges for your GO access - it's all rolled into your ultimate studio membership.

You will receive an activation email titled, "GO is Now Xponential+"

Please pay close attention to the instructions in this email, particularly the blue box.

"I purchased my GO subscription directly through iTunes (iPhone App Store) or Google Play (Android)..."

You will be sent an email with activation instructions as shown below. Please pay particular attention to the steps in the blue box. The process starts in the existing GO app, then once XPLUS is downloaded then the app should navigate you through the process. Trust me, it's easier than it sounds.

"I'm a RumbleTV subscriber just trying to figure out what this new Xponential+ app is all about..."

Welcome to XPLUS!! We've been waiting a long time to say that!! But don't worry, we have LOTS of new content from AJ and Noah and the gals and we'll get you started right away. Thank you so much for your patience.

The major difference between RumbleTV and XPLUS is you now have an app in which you can download and take your Rumble classes anywhere you can stream data! Cool, right? Jab likes it...he also likes being out in our new studio in sunny Irvine, CA.

And very soon, we'll have Rumble gear available for purchase in the XPLUS Shop too!

At this point, if you've been a member since Jan 2022 or before, then you've probably received a few emails from us - there's one more you need to be on the lookout for and that's this one shown below. It will instruct you on how to activate your new all brand access Xponential+ account. That means, not only do you have access to Rumble classes, but nine other best-in-class fitness programs.

It should be pretty easy, just download Xponential+ from the app store of your choice, create a password, and login with the same email you used to sign in at RumbleTV.
