Please be advised that we are aware of a systemic Roku login issue. The issue is a result of asynchronization between the passwords used for Pure Barre apps and Roku. Rest assured, we are working on a permanent solution to this problem. At this point in time, we do not have a firm release date to address the issue.

However, in the interim, you do have several options:

  1. You may submit a ticket to our support desk and request that a manual Roku password be created for you. Please note this password will be specific to Roku only, and will not change your Pure Barre app password.

  2. Utilize your subscription on, the Pure Barre IOS app, the Pure Barre Android app, and mirror content from a mobile app to your TV.
