Your GO subscription is linked to your email. You must also create a user profile in order to login to our app and access GO.
It’s possible, depending on how you purchased your subscription, to have a subscription but not a profile.
To fix login issues, you should first try resetting your password.
Go to [select the appropriate site below]
Navigate to "Forgot Your Password"
If your email is not recognized, that’s okay, just create a new profile at any location using the email address connected to your subscription.
After logging in, if you still cannot access GO content, there is not an active subscription associated with this email address.
